Dear value customer,

Greetings from Chaweng Regent Beach Resort – Koh Samui.

First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your choosing to stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort.

Due to the recent storm during February combined with high tides that hit the east coast of Samui, we will need to do some important repairs to our main pool deck.

The plan is to commence the required work on 19th May – 05th June 2024 and only the first 2 days which there will be considerable noise disturbance. Then, the consecutive days the noise will be minimal, and the workings hours will be from 10:30 – 18:30 hrs.

As we will keep the noise level during this work to a minimum, all hotel facilities (Garden Pool, Beach Restaurant, Kids Club and Spa) are operating as usual.

However, we are pleased to inform you that all guests who will be staying at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort will be offered the following compensation:

Option I: as a gesture of our appreciation all bookings will get a daily complimentary lunch buffet at Chom Talay Restaurant.

Option II: in case the guests wish to use the facilities at Melati Beach Resort & Spa, our sister 5* hotel located in Cheong Mon beach ( www.melatiresort.com ), we offer complimentary use of our shuttle to & from Melati for day use of the pool facilities. Guests will be offered a lunch voucher to be used at Melati or use their Half Board/ Full Board/ All Inclusive arrangements.

Option III: guests will have the choice to upgrade the booking to our sister property Melati Beach Resort & Spa during the aforementioned period, (Subject to room availability). This offer applies to all bookings that were made and confirmed before 20th April 2024. (If guest choose option III – upgrade to Melati will not entitle to receive a daily complimentary lunch.)
